Join our dynamic team at our vibrant Amsterdam headquarters as a Team Leader! As a vital part of our expanding contact center, you'll oversee client interactions for the creation of numerous websites catering to small and medium businesses. Your role entails guiding the team of Client Managers to deliver projects that meet brief requirements, maintain high-quality standards, and adhere to agreed-upon timelines.


Primarily, you'll serve as a coach and motivator, ensuring the team delivers top-notch customer service through effective daily management. The ideal candidate embodies positivity and professionalism, readily leading by example and actively engaging with customers. Job requirements

What you will do

  • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our digital products according to customer needs and objectives
  • Providing training sessions to new hires on the team
  • Managing team calendars effectively
  • Managing sick leave and holidays appropriately
  • Providing regular one-on-ones to CMs which drive personal development
  • Supporting and motivating the team to improve performance
  • Setting and regularly assessing progress towards clear team goals
  • Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team
  • Overseeing day-to-day operation
  • Monitoring team performance and report on metrics


What you need to succeed

  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • Fluent German or fluent French is mandatory
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor in a customer care environment
  • The ability to communicate effectively and influence clients
  • Past work experience in account management, customer service, contact center or relevant role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Obvious energy and enthusiasm
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM and Web production is preferable
  • Hands-on experience of CRM software is preferable
  • Strong work ethic and team spirit
  • Good knowledge of performance metrics and how to apply them
  • Superb organisational and time-management skills
  • Be located in the Netherlands
