Spotzer Digital is a fast paced, growing, global digital marketing business. We specialise in websites and digital marketing solutions.

Headquartered out of Amsterdam, we support tens of thousands of small businesses across the world by building their websites, launching their paid search campaigns, SEO campaigns and creating online content.

About you

Interested in getting started within the digital marketing industry? Have you thought about a career in the digital marketing industry but aren't sure where to start, or do you already have experience with digital marketing and are looking to further your career? Spotzer Digital is looking for a client account manager to join our growing team.

About the role

Our client account managers are in contact with our base of website and digital marketing clients on a daily basis. In the client account manager role, you will develop the skills needed to manage a website, learn about Search Engine Optimisation best practices, discover how to convert site visitors and understand what is needed to create high-quality digital marketing campaigns.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact clients via phone and email to discuss their needs
  • Help clients achieve their business goals through digital marketing
  • Provide support to our client base through multiple channels such as phone, email and chat
  • Maintain great rapport with clients through friendly, helpful interactions
  • Identify opportunities and suggest solutions for clients to grow and automate their online presence

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working over the phone, in account management, customer service or relevant role
  • Able to work autonomously and meet deadlines
  • Keen interest in digital marketing with a willingness to learn
  • Knowledge or background in websites is highly desired but not required
  • Attention to detail whilst still being able to multitask
  • You must have full working rights to work in Australia as a permanent resident or citizen

Key Details

  • Work from Home (2 days) & from our Melbourne CBD office (3 days) a week
  • Full-time, Monday - Friday
  • On-the-job Digital Marketing, SEO and PPC training
  • Entry-level Account & Client manager role in the digital marketing industry
  • You must have full working rights to work in Australia as permanent resident or Citizen.
